Meet Your Coach - Ash 

 

I’m Ash. Mindset coach, psychology student, former police officer, and someone who’s walked through the fire of transformation myself. I don’t just teach this work—I’ve lived it, breathed it, and committed my life to understanding the human mind and helping others break free from the patterns keeping them stuck.

At 23, I joined the police force, where I spent four years seeing firsthand how stress, trauma, and unresolved emotions shape people’s lives. I saw what happens when people don’t have the tools to regulate their nervous system, process their emotions, or challenge the beliefs that hold them back. It was in that role that I realized my true passion—helping people change their lives from the inside out.

After leaving the police, I transitioned into coaching, spending the last five years guiding people through deep mindset work. Now, as a psychology student, I bring together science-backed methods, real-world experience, and a no-BS approach to personal growth. My philosophy? True transformation happens when you’re willing to do the work and not just think about it, not just consume more information, but actually apply it. That’s where change happens.

I’m not here to sugarcoat things or give you feel-good affirmations that don’t lead to real results. I believe in radical self-awareness, self-responsibility, and the kind of deep mindset work that actually shifts how you think, feel, and show up in your life.
