4-Week Business Intensive

1. Agreement
By enrolling in the 4-Week Business Intensive (“Program”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions with Ashley Badman Coaching (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Ashley Badman Coaching.
2. Program Inclusions
The Program includes four one-hour one-on-one coaching calls delivered via Zoom or an equivalent platform and four weeks of Telegram support, which is available Monday to Thursday each week. You will also receive access to resources, strategies, and coaching materials provided during the Program.
3. Payment Terms
The total investment for the Program is AUD $[Insert Amount]. Payment must be made in full upon enrolment or via an agreed payment plan. If a payment plan is agreed, payments must be made on the scheduled dates regardless of Client participation or progress in the Program. All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the nature of the Program and the immediate allocation of time and resources, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided once payment is made. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy in full.
5. Scheduling & Attendance
All four coaching calls must be scheduled and completed within the four-week Program period. If you need to reschedule a call, you must provide a minimum of twenty-four hours’ notice. Missed calls without prior notice are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled under any circumstances.
6. Telegram Support
Telegram support is available Monday to Thursday each week. Messages will be responded to during business hours and within reasonable timeframes. Telegram support is designed to provide coaching-related communication only and is not intended for crisis intervention or emergencies.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Program is collaborative and results-driven, but your success depends on your participation and commitment. By enrolling, you agree to show up for scheduled calls on time and prepared, to engage fully and openly during the Program, to implement the strategies, tools, and practices provided, and to take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes throughout the process.
8. Disclaimer
The Program is designed to provide business coaching and mentoring. The Coach does not provide legal, financial, or psychological advice. All decisions and actions taken by the Client are their sole responsibility, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
9. Confidentiality
Both the Client and the Coach agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during the Program. The only exceptions to confidentiality are where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
10. Intellectual Property
All resources, templates, frameworks, and materials provided during the Program remain the intellectual property of Ashley Badman Coaching. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal and business purposes only. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent from the Coach.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program. You acknowledge that results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on your personal effort, circumstances, and implementation of strategies provided during the Program.
12. Termination
Ashley Badman Coaching reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program without refund if you breach these Terms, act in a way that is disruptive or abusive during the Program, or misuse Program materials or support channels in any way.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Queensland.
14. Acknowledgement
By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily and with full understanding of your responsibilities.
